  • AI 助理：AI 聊天助理使用 Anthropic 的 Claude API 生成回覆。
  • 網頁字型：本網站使用 Google Fonts 提供的網頁字型。
  • 客戶平台：客戶可於 app.autosdesign.com 登入，查看其項目並進行對話。帳戶及項目資料儲存於 Supabase（身份驗證及資料庫），而帳戶相關電郵（例如確認電郵）亦會發送予你。

除上述情況外，我們亦可能在法律要求、保障我們的合法權益，或得到你同意的情況下披露你的個人資料。

5. Cookie 與本機儲存

本網站僅使用瀏覽器的 localStorage 來記住你所選擇的介面語言。本網站不使用廣告或跨網站追蹤 Cookie。

我們只會在達到上述目的所需的期間內保留你的查詢及項目記錄，並會按業務及法律上的紀錄保存需要保留有關資料。客戶平台的資料會在你的帳戶有效期間保留。

We do not sell your personal data. To provide and operate this website and our services, we share personal data, only to the extent necessary, with the following service providers (data processors), who may process it solely on our instructions and only to operate the service:

  • Website hosting: this website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
  • Enquiry emails: enquiry and contact emails are delivered via Resend.
  • AI assistant: our AI chat assistant generates replies using Anthropic's Claude API.
  • Web fonts: this website uses web fonts from Google Fonts.
  • Customer portal: clients can log in at app.autosdesign.com to view their projects and chat. Account and project data are stored in Supabase (authentication and database), and account-related emails (such as confirmations) are sent to you.

Apart from the above, we may also disclose your personal data where required by law, to protect our legitimate interests, or with your consent.

5. Cookies and storage

This website uses your browser's localStorage only to remember your chosen interface language. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep your enquiry and project records only for as long as needed to provide the services and to meet our business and legal record-keeping needs. Customer portal data is kept while your account is active.

7. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, processing or loss. This website is served over HTTPS.
